With the launch of android 6.0 for Motorola phones, Motorola would be removing the 'Moto Assist' app because you will find an option in Moto phones as 'Do not disturb' under 'Sound and notification' settings which will do the same work as Moto Assist.
Motorola will also be retiring Motorola Migrate as a part of android M upgrade because android 6.0 provides many options to duplicate user data
